This is a simple step-by-step guide on how to swap out the SSD on a Doremi.
First note is that though the SSD is indeed a harddrive, it doesn't look like one. Below you'll find two pictures showing it's appearance.
Step 1 - Locate the SSD.
The SSD is located on a small circuit board. It's exact location isn't always the same but you can find it by following the network cable from the Dolphin card.
Step 2 - Unscrew the holding screw for the SSD.
There is one screw holding it in place, unscrew this to make removal of the SSD possible.
Step 3 - Remove the SSD.
The SSD is only seated on a 9-pin connector, and can be pulled straight up, away from the circuit board.
Picture above shows the connector on the SSD as well as the mentioned pins.
Step 4 - Plug in the new SSD.
Note that, though the card won't be broken, it is easy to put it in slightly wrong.
This is easiest seen by checking the alignment of the screw hole.
Step 5 - Put the screw back.
Once this is done, put the screw back and you are ready to start up the Doremi.
Once this is done, the network will be wrong and there will be some missing settings. This is normal.
